    Dr Pompa, i’ve been doing the Burst Training for a month, haven’t really changed the way i’ve eaten and i’ve lost one dress size! I used to do long 30-40 min three times a week but i just found myself exhausted. With Burst training, i’m at the gym a lot less and i have tons of energy. I have a question, on the rest days, would you recommend doing something like yoga or pilates? would that interfere with the fat burning zone?

    Doktor, I’m pretty much addicted to my kettlebell training and I would like to do it every day, 20 minutes. I’m not a beginner and need to burn the last resorts of fat that are still there so I think I might need to push it a bit harder. Am I allowed to train every day for 20 minutes to burn the outstanding body fat (currently ~18%)?

    @citydawg926 -You’re correct, the RDL’s weren’t labeled but they were not mistaken for rows, they just weren’t labeled.

    You can incline pressing for both muscle groups in the same workout. We’re raising growth hormone as much as possible and to do so we need to stick with multiple compound movements

    @citydawg926 -You’re correct, there’s actually RDL’s in there but they weren’t labeled. It’s not that the RDL’s are mistaken for bent over rows, they just weren’t labeled.

    You can overlap close grip presses and flat presses, there’s no rule against it. It’s a lot more effective to do few sets of different exercise then it it 10 sets of 10 on a dumbbell curls.

    it seems like you were doing some RDL’s or deadlifts while the caption said bent over rows and why did u put bench press and close grip bench press in the same workout. those 2 exercises shouldn’t be overlapped from what I’ve learn this summer reading some charles poliquin. I’d love to know wat ur program design methods are. hoping for a reply. healthy training conversations are the best.

    @bongapendo It’s only week 1. We have presses and rows in this workout which will raise your HGH substantially.

    I don`t know. I would think heavy squats and deadlifts would be better exercises for raising growth hormone.
